Return & Exchange Policy
PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEM PURCHASES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS
We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. To provide superb customer service is our goal. We’ll gladly accept return of an unworn item within 7 business days of receipt of your order. Items should be in the original condition, including tags. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. Packages that arrive COD may be denied. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Swimwear and Intimate items may not be returned. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, it is recommended that you send a trackable package.
HOW TO RETURN FOR A REFUND:
Please send the tagged/unworn item along with your NAME, EMAIL and ORDER NUMBER to the address below. If you do not include this information we may not be able to refund you. We will credit your original method of payment within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item, minus original shipping charges. Please note your banking institution or Credit Card company may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once the return has been processed.
Please note that if your order included free shipping we will deduct our shipping costs off your refund. Worn merchandise cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.
For all exchanges please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, order details and item you wish to exchange. We will process the exchange once we are in receipt of the original item.
